Summary:
The Product Management Associate is an entry-level product development role designed to prepare high-potential individuals for promotion to Product Manager within approximately two years. This position provides broad exposure to product management, fragrance development, innovation, and business operations while building the skills required for a long-term career in product management. Working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, the Product Management Associate will learn the business, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and contribute to the development of air fresheners that delight consumers.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of the Little Trees business, products, consumers, and manufacturing processes. Monitor consumer, customer, competitive, and market trends to identify opportunities and emerging trends. Analyze sales data to uncover insights and support business decisions. Lead and support product management projects, including: Development of new air freshener fragrances Design and packaging updates Product improvements and continuous improvement initiatives Draft product briefs, fragrance briefs, and creative briefs to guide internal and external partners. Participate in product development projects from concept through launch. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R D, Operations, Procurement, and other departments to solve business challenges and execute key initiatives. Draft, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures and other business documentation. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
This is a full-time, in-person position. No prior education or work experience is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative thinker with a curiosity about products, consumers, and markets. Travel to the Corporate Office in Watertown, NY for the first month of orientation, followed by routine travel to the Corporate Office an average of 2 days per month.
Salary:
