4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio The Product Management Intern will support the development and delivery of client and teammate experiences across web, mobile, AI-powered, and contact center platforms. Working alongside Product Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, Engineers, and Operations partners, the intern will contribute to product discovery, analysis, roadmap planning, and execution of strategic initiatives that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and digital adoption. This role provides exposure to digital banking, conversational AI, self-service channels, customer experience design, agile delivery practices, and product strategy. Primary Responsibilities Support Product Managers in defining and documenting business needs, user stories, and product requirements. Conduct research and analysis to identify client pain points, business opportunities, and industry trends. Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, digital analytics, and operational metrics. Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team stand-ups. Create process flows, presentations, reports, and executive summaries to support decision-making. Collaborate with business, technology, operations, compliance, and risk partners to understand product requirements and dependencies. Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for new product features and enhancements. Help evaluate the performance and adoption of digital products through key metrics and reporting. Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on self-service, digital engagement, AI, automation, and customer experience improvements. Present project findings and recommendations to leadership at the conclusion of the internship. Qualifications Required Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Business Marketing Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics Engineering Human-Centered Design Related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Demonstrated interest in technology, digital experiences, or product development. Preferred Experience with data analysis or visualization tools. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Product Management concepts. Coursework related to technology, UX design, analytics, AI, or digital strategy. Experience leading projects, student organizations, or team activities.
