Job Description
Vaco is partnering with a growing software organization to hire a Senior Product Manager for a newly created, high-impact position. This is a direct hire, mostly remote role with occasional in office meetings in Cincinnati, OH.
- Please note, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship or transfer This individual will own the strategy, enhancement, commercialization, and adoption of a SaaS platform used by enterprise customers to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

- Customer Discovery & Workflow Design Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes for workflow, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Conduct customer discovery interviews and market research to identify needs, validate concepts, and inform product decisions.
- Partner with leadership to align product initiatives with overall business objectives and growth strategies.
- Define and enhance user workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and operational effectiveness.
- Drive the vision and requirements for dashboards, reporting, KPIs, benchmarking, and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Translate customer feedback and business goals into clear product priorities, requirements, and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-value solutions.
- Work with technical teams on data models, metric definitions, reporting requirements, and data quality initiatives.
- Provide development teams with clear context regarding customer needs, business value, and desired outcomes.
- Monitor product adoption, customer engagement, and product performance, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Champion customer needs while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented culture. Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Direct experience supporting B2B SaaS products.
- Experience working within a mid-sized or growth-focused software organization.
- Proven success owning product strategy, roadmaps, customer workflows, adoption, usability, and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, dashboards, business intelligence, or data-driven product capabilities.
- Strong customer discovery, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across both technical and business teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience defining and measuring product success. Preferred Experience
- Experience with reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization solutions.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and data teams on metric definitions, reporting requirements, and data quality initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise software products serving complex business processes.
