Product Researcher | Manson, OH Our client, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a Product Researcher to join their team. As a Product Researcher, you will be part of the Research & Development Department, supporting the Product Development and Innovation Team. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

$73.05 - $75.07 /hour What's the Job? Perform day-to-day applied research activities through hands-on experimentation and testing. Assemble samples and prototypes, conduct laboratory testing routines, and document results. Create and update product specifications following established procedures and standards. Conduct customer and market research, analyzing and documenting findings to support product development. Support the product team in refining and prioritizing the product backlog while utilizing company systems such as SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Product Development, Consumer Research, or a related field. Experience conducting laboratory, product, consumer, or market research activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data. Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and execute testing protocols accurately. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with research, reporting, or data management systems. What's in it for me?
