As a Product Development Technician, you will be part of the Research & Development team supporting Product Development Scientists, Engineers, and Technical teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

$28.00/hr What's the Job? Prepare batches of adhesive and sealant formulations using a variety of laboratory mixing equipment. Perform product testing using ASTM and internal methodologies while following established protocols. Operate laboratory equipment and power tools to prepare specimens and fabricate materials for testing and customer demonstrations. Record, organize, and communicate testing data and results using digital product development platforms. Support laboratory safety, 5S initiatives, equipment maintenance, and cross-functional training activities. What's Needed? Experience in a laboratory, product development, manufacturing, or technical environment. Ability to follow testing procedures, ASTM methods, and safety protocols. Comfortable using power tools such as drills, saws, routers, and related equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document and communicate results. Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools for data entry, reporting, and task management. What's in it for me?
