Key responsibilities Increase overall customer satisfaction and loyalty through expansion of Hiab service contracts and digital services Accountable for ProCare, Digital, and connected solutions sales development in the US Ownership of existing service sales development actions and developing new initiatives Lead contract and digital services sales training for the US Sales and Service teams and Partners Develop sales and offering tools for the US market, incl e.g. presentation of quotations and QuoteWerks developments to enable us to drive sales Review, analyze, and manage pricing on maintenance, contract, and digital offerings Lead Business Support Specialists in development, training, and support of Hiab Service Management (HSM) system and continuous improvement of maintenance execution processes What we are looking for Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 5 years+ experience in a services focused organization Experience in developing and/or selling/managing service contracts, preferably with digitally connected equipment Business planning, financial, and analytical skills Project management experience utilizing system and software tools 10% travel required What we offer As a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
