Kohler is seeking a New Product Development Project Leader for its Kallista luxury brand. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative kitchen and bath products from concept through launch. You will own project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management while partnering closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing. You will translate customer insights into clear product requirements, ensure designs meet quality and cost targets, and champion craftsmanship, sustainability, and brand standards in every release.
