Job Description
  •  Own product line strategy, roadmap, profitability, pricing, and growth initiatives.
  •  Serve as primary leader responsible for balancing commercial growth and operational performance.
  •  Evaluate market opportunities and develop plans to increase market share.
  •  Partner closely with Operations to improve lead times, on-time delivery, quality, capacity, and manufacturing efficiency.
  •  Build business cases for automation investments, capacity expansions, and process improvements.
  •  Analyze pricing, margins, customer segmentation, and channel strategies.
  •  Develop go-to-market strategies and regional growth recommendations.
  •  Work directly with Sales leadership to identify target customers, expansion opportunities, and market priorities.
  •  Gather Voice of Customer feedback and translate insights into operational and commercial improvements.
  •  Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  •  Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  •  Establish structure and repeatable processes within a historically entrepreneurial business unit.
  •  Travel to customer locations and industry events as needed.

  •  5+ years of Product Management experience or General Management experience with ownership of a business/product line.
  •  Experience managing a technical manufactured product.
  •  B2B manufacturing experience.
  •  Experience growing revenue within existing product portfolios.
  •  Territory expansion and market growth experience.
  •  Strong understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, and business case development.
  •  Ability to work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
  •  Bachelor's Degree required; Engineering or Business preferred.
  •  Experience supporting or leading product line integration following acquisitions or mergers.
  •  General Manager experience in a small or mid-sized manufacturing business.
  •  MBA.
  •  Experience with make-to-order (MTO) manufacturing environments.
  •  Industrial products, polymers, engineered materials, rubber, belting, conveyor, or related manufacturing industries.
  •  Capacity expansion, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
  •  Product portfolio rationalization experience.
  •  Competitive intelligence and market segmentation experience.
  •  Direct competitor industry experience.
