Position Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for global product roadmap, launches and execution throughout the product lifecycle of the Aligner and Intraoral imaging portfolio. The Product Manager creates business plans, gathers voice of customers, defines and prioritizes product and customer requirements, manages customer market segmentation and growth initiatives. The Product Manager drives cross-functional teams in timely execution and global launch of projects to ensure the targeted success of the products to support the company's overall strategy and goals. The Product Manager has strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. The Product Manager must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for NPI throughout the various stages of the product toll gate process including business case development, value proposition, voice of customer, product requirements and go-to-market strategy. Develop product launch objectives that drive revenue, profitability, and other key growth objectives. Determine customers' needs by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Create the pricing strategy for the assigned product portfolio. Develop product sales strategies by working with sales & marketing. Co-Travel with sales reps to maintain current knowledge on the intraoral market. Assess product market data by calling on customers with reps and evaluating call results. Drive market intelligence for the Intraoral product portfolio including market sizing, market trends, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation etc. Accountable for developing and maintaining production, sales and inventory plans (PSI) that align with the companies' financial targets. Responsible for the product lifecycle strategy from launch to product ramp down and discontinuation. Other duties as assigned Job requirements Education and/or

Target Market Salary Range:
