Job Description
We take play seriously. We're looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what's never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you'll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime. The Dungeons & Dragons Franchise team is seeking a softlines focused Associate Product Development Manager to help carry the creative vision of Dungeons & Dragons forward across a growing slate of licensing partnerships. You will work directly with licensing partners on assigned products and projects, serving as a highly organized guardian of the D&D IP — ensuring appropriate branding, visual consistency, integrity, design, and quality across franchise licensing efforts. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office. What You'll Do This role handles a full end to end product development process from initial partner training through reception of and archiving of final product samples. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to lead and manage creative output, driving product innovation and compelling execution while maintaining brand consistency within a commercial context. This includes training licensees and partners on the use of creative assets and approval systems, guiding product development through Hasbro's approval systems in line with global product integrity guidelines, and providing asset updates and creative troubleshooting to support innovative, on-brand product development and co-branded promotions across the portfolio.
