This role carries full P&L ownership and end-to-end accountability for business performance, product strategy, and organizational execution on a global scale. What You Will Do Define and lead the global business strategy for Ready Care, ensuring sustained growth, profitability, and shareholder value creation Exercise strong business judgment, making objective, data-driven decisions in dynamic and uncertain market conditions Identify and capitalize on strategic market opportunities, translating vision into measurable business outcomes Own the product portfolio and roadmap, driving innovation in interior sensing and AI-enabled in-cabin experiences Lead end-to-end product lifecycle execution, from concept through commercialization and scaling Build and lead a high-performing global organization, fostering accountability, agility, creativity and execution excellence What You Need to
Be Successful Executive Business Leadership:
Proven track record of P&L ownership, strategic decision-making, and delivering growth in complex, evolving environments
Technology Depth:
Deep expertise in AI, automotive systems, software product and interior sensing (camera, radar, DMS/OMS), with strong understanding of full product lifecycles
Market & Product Leadership:
Strong command of global interior sensing and ADAS markets, competitive dynamics, and regulatory frameworks (NCAP, GSR, FMVSS)
Execution Excellence:
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action, drive innovation, and secure major OEM business wins
Organizational Leadership:

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
