Summary The Product Manager is responsible for the success of the assigned product(s) via stakeholder engagement, roadmapping, budget management, and development oversight, and serves as the people leader for a team of Product Owners & Analysts. In addition to owning product strategy and execution, the Product Manager is accountable for building team capability, setting priorities, and ensuring the team consistently delivers value against the product roadmap. This role reports to the Director, Technical Services and carries direct reports on the product team. This position will support our Technology Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: Dallas, TX Orlando, FL Las Vegas, NV Essential Duties & Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define product vision for a suite of Custom applications via stakeholder input and engagement.
  • Create timelines and roadmaps to achieve the product vision.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the industry segment through market research. Performance Management
  • Ensure resources are aligned with expectations and appropriately planned within budget cycles.
  • Report on product performance, progress, and future planning. Product Development Oversight
  • Oversee the product development process, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Support testing and training requirements.
  • Perform product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Facilitate business process discussions in alignment with product functionality.
  • Support overall business transformation efforts. People Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owner and Analysts, setting clear goals, priorities, and expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day team workload, capacity planning, and work assignments across the assigned product portfolio.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations with direct reports.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members; build bench strength and succession readiness.
  • Foster a collaborative, high performing team culture and remove obstacles to the team's success.
  • Partner with leadership on team structure, staffing needs, and resource allocation. Education & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  • 1•2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing people, preferably within a product or Agile environment.
