Description:

Under the direction of the Chief Product Officer, the Group Product Manager will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and successful execution for the Unified Analytics product area. This role is responsible for translating business objectives and customer needs into actionable product strategies, driving measurable business outcomes, and ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions through a user-centered, data-driven approach. This role will also lead and develop a team of Product Owners, establish and drive continuous product discovery practices, influence product management standards and operations, and partner closely with Engineering, UX, Go-to-Market, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable product solutions that support ImageTrend's long-term growth and innovation strategy.

What You'll Do:

Own and execute the long-term product vision for the intelligence product area, translating that vision into tangible, actionable, and sequenced roadmap plans, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives

Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Owners, operating as a hands-on player-coach who works directly alongside the team on real product work and who is accountable for the team's growth, performance, and delivery

Lead continuous product discovery efforts by partnering with Product Owners, UX, customers, and stakeholders to validate assumptions, uncover opportunities, and translate ambiguous initiatives into sequenced roadmap investments with clear discovery and delivery milestones

Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution and launch, including organizational and client communications

Partner with Engineering, UX, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality features that add value on time and within scope

Accountable for measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, retention, or market expansion for the Unified Analytics product area

Engage with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, validate product direction, and serve as the primary voice of the customer and product subject matter expert

Maintain working knowledge of data lake architecture and analytics and reporting product patterns sufficient to make credible, informed product decisions in partnership with engineering leadership

Drive commercialization strategy including pricing, packaging, go-to-market enablement, and business case development while maintaining accountability for revenue growth, retention, adoption, and market expansion outcomes

Lead strategic direction and advocate for scalable, product-first solutions over one-off customizations to encourage innovation and long-term value

Proactively monitor and report on the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends, and use other KPIs or data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for future product enhancements, investments, and programs

Establish, improve, and enforce product management standards, governance, and operating practices across the product portfolio while providing strategic guidance to Product Managers and Product Owners

Travel to and present at tradeshows, industry or company events, or other onsite meetings as required

Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience, preferably with an advanced degree or certifications

Extensive experience as a Product Manager or similar role within a SaaS organization, including defining roadmaps and product initiatives, preferably within Public Sector, Healthcare, or GovTech domains

Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing Product Managers, Product Owners, or similar team members, with a track record of driving employee growth and measurable business outcomes

Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous, high-stakes initiative and decompose it into a sequenced roadmap with clear discovery and delivery boundaries

Demonstrated expertise in continuous discovery, partnering with UX research and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into prioritized product decisions

Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, requirements, and proactive progress updates to all audiences - including clearly communicating what is known versus what still requires discovery

Proven ability to build quantitative business cases and financial models and execute successful ROI and commercialization in the market

Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build authentic partnerships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex business and product challenges

Excellent time, organizational, and project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, complex priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to support complex and strategic initiatives by gathering requirements, tracking and proactively reporting on progress or roadblocks, and coordinating across teams

Strong technical aptitude to learn new systems and knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM, and Product Management tech stack, such as Azure DevOps, Dragonboat, WalkMe, Miro, Confluence, or other similar technologies, platforms, and tools

Deep knowledge of technology and operational needs preferably in the EMS, Fire, and/or Hospital markets

Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information

Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills

Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
