Job Description

Akkodis is seeking an Infrastructure Product Manager (EPEO Platform) for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate has ability to manage portfolio roadmaps, PI planning, cross-functional dependencies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful value delivery and platform transformation outcomes.
Rate Range:
$55/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Infrastructure Product Manager (EPEO Platform) Job Responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, dependency management, and status reporting for large-scale infrastructure and platform initiatives. Own and drive portfolio roadmaps, value streams, and delivery plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and EPEO transformation goals. Facilitate PI Planning and collaborate with cross-functional platform teams to prioritize features, manage demand planning, and ensure successful value delivery. Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and cross-team impediments while maintaining strong stakeholder and customer engagement. Partner with technical teams, product owners, and business leaders to gather requirements, define customer value, and manage upstream/downstream dependencies. Drive continuous improvement through Agile best practices, performance metrics, customer feedback, and support of Service-to-Platform transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred. 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing large-scale software development and infrastructure projects, and 3+ years in Program/Product Management. Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, or similar role within Infrastructure Technology environments, with strong Agile delivery expertise. Demonstrated ability to lead PI Planning, portfolio roadmap management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional delivery using Jira and Microsoft 365. Pay Details:
