- We are seeking a Manager, Product Management - Control Electronics to spearhead a team of Product Managers responsible for driving product strategy, lifecycle execution, and financial performance across our electronics platforms.

YOU WILL:
- + Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global Product Management team.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- + Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field + 10+ years' experience in Product Managementwithindrives,controlsand HVAC + Proven experienceoverseeing Product Managers or cross-functional teams + Strongtrack recordof owning product P&L, delivering product growth andprofitabilityand managing multi-product or platform portfolios + Deep understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM)andnew product development (NPD) processes + Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering teams + Travel requirement: ~20% (higher if remotely based) •
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- + Master's degree or MBA + Experience in global product organizations + Experience managing platform-based product strategies + Exposure to European market requirements and regulatory landscape + Experience in portfolio optimization and platform standardization
Remote Work Arrangement:
- This role can be fully remote. As a remote colleague, you may be required to travel to a Copeland site regularly to collaborate with your team or customers as needed.
