- Agile PM in Healthcare Operation with Product experience Client is actively expanding their technology delivery teams to modernize enterprise applications for millions of members across three key focus areas:
- Customer Service / CRM
- Eligibility & Enrollment
Claims & Provider Operations Role Highlights & Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Strategy:
Lead discovery with stakeholders, define domain roadmaps, and drive emerging AI implementations within assigned domain areas.Agile Execution:
Own and prioritize the product backlog, partner closely with IT, engineering, UX, and BAs, and guide sprint ceremonies.Delivery & Quality:
Conduct basic SQL queries for data validation, track product metrics, and provide final sign-off on production releases.Position Details:
