Assistant Product Development Manager Location:

Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Pay:

$20-25/hour Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. 1-3 years of experience in Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain, or a related field . Experience in apparel, retail, wholesale, consumer products, or a similar industry is preferred. Familiarity with product development, sourcing, production, or product lifecycle processes. Basic understanding of product costing, sourcing, purchasing, or production processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint ; experience with PLM or other product management systems is a plus. Experience working with retailers, discounters, club stores, or other major retail channels is a plus, but not required. Ability to travel as business needs require. Ability to work within a hybrid schedule and maintain a regular in-office presence. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
