This position is part of the broader Commerce Product team. It is based in our Los Gatos office (preferred) in a hybrid model, but we are open to remote candidates who are on the West Coast (PST timezone). Travel to Los Gatos will be required if remote-based. Key Responsibilities
- Lead product integrations with new Aggregation partners
- Serve as a Product point of contact for partner onboarding, collaborating closely with product managers, engineering teams, partnerships, finance, and external partners to assess integration requirements and guide partners through the integration lifecycle.
- Analyze partner requirements and recommend optimal integration models, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and scalability
- Coordinate and execute partner product release activities
- Establish and effectively manage a product development roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize integration approaches, reduce complexity, and ensure alignment.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise product communications, including internal updates, strategy forums, and roadmap presentations. Manage partner-facing reporting (viewing data summaries, KPI reports) as needed
- Continuously gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to iterate on integration playbooks, frameworks, and onboarding processes.
- Partner with GTM teams to ensure product capabilities are understood, documented, and effectively enabled for individual partners. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating operating models
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product roadmaps Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses.
