About theRole:
The Product Manager is accountable for defining product direction and delivering meaningful business and customer outcomes for the products they support. This role works closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams to identify problems, evaluate opportunities, and define solutions that align with company goals. Product Managers contribute to shaping product strategy and are responsible for translating that strategy into clear product priorities and roadmaps. This role ensures that the right problems are being solved and that success metrics are clearly defined and measured. The Product Manager partners closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure product intent and priorities are clearly understood, while remaining focused on customer value, strategic alignment, and measurable outcomes. This is a growth-oriented role ideal for candidates who are passionate about understanding customer needs, defining product direction, and driving business impact through well-prioritized initiatives.Qualifications:
3+ years in product management or a similar role required; experience within SaaS, healthcare, benefits, or compliance industries preferred Knowledge of Healthcare Claim Analytics and/or Claim Audit preferred Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional and distributed teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives and priorities Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product direction and priorities Experience working with Product Owners and engineering teams to support delivery execution Familiarity with Jira and product management tools preferred Strong analytical skills with attention to compliance and regulatory detail a plusKey Responsibilities:
Contribute to defining product vision and strategy in partnership with leadership Translate strategy into clear product priorities and maintain a roadmap aligned to company goals Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, market insight, and business value Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product impact and value delivery Engage stakeholders and SMEs to validate problems, gather feedback, and inform product decisions Communicate product priorities, roadmap updates, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization Partner with Product Owners to ensure product intent and priorities are clearly understood during execution Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform future roadmap decisions Support cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams Balance near-term delivery priorities with longer-term product and platform strategySkills:
Strong strategic thinking and prioritization abilities, which will be applied to define product direction and maintain roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer value. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear product priorities and decisions. Analytical skills will be employed to evaluate user feedback, product performance, and business outcomes, enabling data-informed decisions that optimize product impact. Problem-solving skills will be critical in identifying opportunities, evaluating tradeoffs, and aligning stakeholders around the most valuable initiatives to pursue. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development effectively partner with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining focus on strategic product outcomes.Work Environment:
This position is a remote position within approved Lumelight states. This job operates in a professional office environment, whether in person or remotely.
