Overview
WELCOME TO SITA

Every time a passenger breezes through check‑in, boards on time, or crosses a border in seconds — theres a good chance we made it happen. Were the technology and communications force behind the worlds air travel industry: keeping airports moving, airlines flying, and borders open. Youll find us at 95 of the worlds international hubs, working alongside 2,500+ transport and government clients to deliver smart, scalable, secure solutions that make complex operations feel effortless. Want to be part of something that moves the world? The adventure starts here — with you.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

Were looking for a Product Manager to help shape and scale data‑ and AI‑enabled products across our portfolio — with a focus on high‑volume data platforms, intelligent automation, and real‑time decision support in regulated, mission‑critical environments. Youll work on products such as the API‑PNR Gateway and related data platforms, enabling secure data exchange, regulatory compliance, and real‑time operational insight. These platforms sit at the heart of every check‑in and boarding interaction across 700+ airlines and 70+ governments, generating the high‑volume data that powers compliance and analytics. Joining at a formative stage of product evolution, youll help define product vision, strategy, and roadmap — working with internal teams and selected customers to validate ideas and prioritize the highest‑impact opportunities. Youll sit within a cross‑functional portfolio spanning product, solution, and technology, keeping customer needs, technology opportunities, and business priorities tightly aligned. Its a chance to lead with curiosity and apply AI pragmatically, shaping how the next generation of data platforms and intelligent services are built.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead product discovery to identify customer problems and opportunities related to data exchange, compliance, and operational decision making, leveraging AI enabled tools to accelerate insight generation Define and clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with portfolio and business objectives Translate complex data flows, regulatory requirements, and customer business processes into clear, prioritized product requirements and roadmaps Work closely with Product Owners and technical teams to drive agile delivery of scalable, secure, and high‑performance data platforms Apply AI across the product lifecycle — including data analysis, pattern identification, requirements exploration, prototyping support, and decision support Build business cases and value propositions, including leveraging large‑scale operational datasets to generate actionable insights and differentiated customer value Partner with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to shape go‑to‑market narratives, positioning, and messaging for data and platform capabilities Support sales and bid teams during government and enterprise tenders, acting as a subject‑matter expert in data products, APIs, and compliance‑driven solutions Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, transaction volumes, performance, data utilization, compliance alignment, and business impact Continuously assess market trends, regulatory changes (e.g. passenger data, border security), and emerging technologies (particularly AI and data platforms) Engage with a global network of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring real‑world feedback informs continuous product improvement Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

Key requirements (essential) 5+ years in a Product Management role, ideally with at least 2 years working on data‑intensive, API‑driven, or platform‑based products. Proven product discovery and strategy skills, you can identify customer problems, test hypotheses, validate opportunities, and translate insights into a clear, prioritized roadmap. Experience defining product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes, and aligning them to portfolio and business objectives. Ability to translate complex data flows, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product requirements. Experience working closely with engineering / Product Owners to drive agile delivery of scalable, secure, high‑performance products. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable running discovery and validation sessions directly with customers and internal teams. A pragmatic, hands‑on approach to AI — you actively use AI‑enabled tools in your everyday work for research, analysis, requirements exploration, prototyping, and communication. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to shape clear narratives for technical, commercial, and executive audiences.

NICE TO HAVE

(desirable) Domain knowledge or prior exposure to border management, travel technology, passenger data (API/PNR), or identity solutions. Background in regulated industries (government, transportation, security, critical infrastructure) with an appreciation for compliance, policy, and data governance. Experience with high‑volume transaction systems or complex, distributed / cloud architectures. Familiarity with AI‑assisted analytics, data exploration, or prototyping workflows. A genuine curiosity for travel, border, identity, and data ecosystems and how they shape operational workflows and user journeys.
