We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe. Job Overview PlanetArt is looking for a Product Manager, Mobile to support the company's Mobile R&D department. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Product Development, Mobile, to plan the, execution, and tracking of mobile app development projects. Candidate will also be responsible for mobile analytics, revenue growth and ensuring the success of their apps. The Product Manager is the business owner for their websites. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Product Managers are accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, owning the full journey from the moment a customer discovers the site or app—through product exploration, purchase, fulfillment, and delivery. This includes ensuring that the physical product meets or exceeds customer expectations and that delivery timing aligns with promised and expected arrival windows. The role requires holistic thinking across acquisition, user experience, platform performance, operations, and post-purchase touchpoints to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience across the entire customer lifecycle.

Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Calabasas area as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote) What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Plan and execute mobile development projects Define project scope, objectives, and requirements Work closely with the team of Project Managers and mobile QA testers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Leverage advanced technical analytics skills including SQL querying, Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Amplitude and data visualization tools to monitor website performance, identify user behavior trends, and provide actionable insights that guide product strategy and feature optimization Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Own the release date Monitor project progress and communicate potential risks or delays Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative and Content, to refine project scope and requirements Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of mobile applications Identify, document and prioritize defect resolution Create, update and maintain project documentation in Confluence Work closely with development and QA teams to help resolve project-related issues Escalate issues to when necessary Monitor app performance, analytics and revenue. Act as an owner for the app business. Requirements What You Should Have Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities 3+ years technical project management experience required Technical understanding of mobile/web technologies, platforms, and development methodologies Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Experience with QA and testing practices for mobile/web applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of audiences including technologists, executives, business partners and IT team members Ability to work collaboratively and cross-departmentally What You Can Expect Working Conditions Work is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. Position requires regular, continuous use of computer. Position requires regular sitting and standing. Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: in-person, phone, WebEx, Zoom, or email. May require occasional travel. This is a hybrid position; employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) with the option of working remotely two days (Wednesday and Friday). Benefits The compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 annual salary.
