- _The anticipated pay range for this role is: $110k
- 120k annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location._
- Job Summary
- The Product Manager-Gloves owns the strategy and performance of a global glove portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Products & Category Strategy
- + Own and execute product and category strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market dynamics. + Develop and manage robust product pipelines, including business cases for new products and line extensions. + Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes to inform portfolio decisions.
- Merchandising and Financial Management
- + Lead assortment strategy, pricing architecture, margin optimization, and lifecycle decisions. + Build and manage pricing models, forecasts, and revenue scenarios; assess financial impact and ROI. + Partner closely with Finance to support business case development and performance tracking.
- Cross‑Functional Execution
- + Collaborate with R D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales to translate strategy into execution. + Lead cross‑functional product development and launch activities, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery. + Support go‑to‑market execution, including claims alignment, packaging, collateral, and sales training.
- Performance & Continuous Improvement
- + Monitor product performance using data and insights to drive corrective actions and portfolio optimization. + Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and commercial outcomes through customer and stakeholder feedback.
- Commercial Representation
- + Support sales teams through customer presentations, training, and key account interactions.
- Education
- + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required. + 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of product or category performance. +
- Strong merchandising or category management experience, including assortment selection, pricing, margin management, promotions, and vendor relationships.
- + •Proven project management experience•.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- + •Financial and Analytical Skills•+ Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin analysis, forecasting, and business case development.
- Microsoft Excel
- (financial modeling, scenario analysis, dashboards); Power BI experience preferred. +
- Core Capabilities
- + Data‑driven decision‑making and strong problem‑solving skills. + Clear, impactful written and verbal communication, including executive‑level presentations. + Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, global, cross‑functional environment.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- + Inside working conditions. + Up to 15% international travel. +
- Flexibility to support both US Eastern and Asia time zones
- + Open to remote / hybrid in-office work with regional travel as necessary.
