Manager, Project/Product II Location:
Irwindale, CA - Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
Duration:
12-month contract
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$70-$75/hr Job Summary Seeking an experienced Project/Product Manager to lead complex, high-visibility enterprise initiatives. This role will drive cross-functional teams, develop project strategies and plans, manage scope, schedules, risks, resources, and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception through completion. Develop project strategies, business cases, roadmaps, schedules, and risk mitigation plans. Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, dependencies, and interdependencies. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and results. Track project performance, deliverables, resources, and key metrics. Partner with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to drive solutions and stakeholder buy-in. Support business readiness activities, including stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and communications. Identify issues and risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement. Hold project teams accountable for milestones, deliverables, and outcomes. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or contracts. Experience delivering large-scale programs or projects with significant organizational impact. Proven experience facilitating cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, resources, and performance reporting. Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization. Experience supporting change management and business readiness initiatives. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Project Management certification preferred.
Preferred:
Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. ...
