Overview:
Who are we looking for?CAPTRUST
is seeking a Seismic Product Manager to own the strategy, value realization, and execution of the firm's Seismic platform. This role has accountability for platform design, governance, complex builds, roadmap prioritization, user experience optimization, and business outcomes. In addition, this role will manage external partners assisting with activities such as content updates, asset loading, and document builds. The Seismic Product Manager serves as CAPTRUST's internal Sales Enablement expert on Seismic and the primary strategic liaison to Seismic Client Success.Responsibilities:
Product Strategy, Vision & Roadmap Define and maintain the Seismic product vision and multi-quarter roadmap, aligned to CAPTRUST's sales, marketing, and advisor productivity goals Own success criteria and adoption targets for core and advanced Seismic capabilities Platform Ownership & Execution Maintain hands-on expertise and accountability for Seismic platform execution, including: Platform configuration and governance User roles, permissions, and access management Metadata, content structure, and personalization rules Backlog management and release coordination Own release planning, testing, deployment, and communication for Seismic enhancements Provide ongoing content and library management (slide libraries, tagging, metadata, expiry, permissions) Provide technical support for Seismic users, resolving issues and configuring the platform to meet business needs Develop custom automation solutions, leveraging Seismic APIs and advanced configurations Implement taxonomy and dynamic rules to improve content discoverability and automation efficiency Own and enhance Seismic LiveDocs, optimizing content automation and streamlining workflows Manage and troubleshoot Seismic-Dynamics integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems Outsourced Resource Management & Operating Model Manage and direct external Seismic resources responsible for administrative and executional tasks, including: content updates and maintenance, asset loading and metadata application, building and updating LiveDocs, and routine platform administration Define clear scopes of work, quality standards, and SLAs for external partners. Review, validate, and accept work completed by outsourced resources to ensure alignment with governance, UX standards, and compliance requirements. Balance internal ownership with external capacity to ensure efficiency without sacrificing platform integrity or strategic control. Advanced Capabilities & Complex Builds Own the strategy, configuration, and success outcomes for advanced Seismic capabilities, including: Red Oak- complex document automation and personalization LiveSocial

- onboarding, role readiness, and reinforcement Personally design and build complex LiveDocs, advanced rules, and scalable templates that require deep platform expertise User Experience, Enablement & Adoption Set and enforce UX and content standards across Seismic Optimize the advisor experience based on feedback, behavioral analytics, and best practices Train power users, content owners, and Sales Enablement partners on Seismic capabilities and best practices Ensure Seismic is embedded into daily advisor workflows through training, enablement, and change management Analytics, Insights & Value Realization Define KPIs tied to both platform health and business impact (adoption, efficiency, content effectiveness) Use analytics to inform roadmap prioritization, enablement investments, and content strategy Provide regular insights to Sales Enablement leadership demonstrating Seismic's contribution to advisor productivity and client engagement Stakeholder & Vendor Partnership Serve as the primary strategic liaison to Seismic Client Success, owning: Roadmap alignment Quarterly business reviews Escalation and prioritization of issues and enhancements Act as CAPTRUST's authoritative voice on Seismic internally
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years in Sales Enablement, Product Management, Product Ownership, or Marketing Operations Deep, hands-on experience with Seismic administration and advanced configuration Experience managing vendors or outsourced execution teams Proven ability to balance strategy with execution in regulated environments Strong stakeholder influence and governance leadership Financial Services, Investment Advisory or Professional Services industry experience preferredDesired Qualifications/Skills:
Exceptional writing, editing, and organization skills with a meticulous attention to detail Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines Experience collaborating with compliance teams and navigating regulated content environments Prior experience supporting a Sales Enablement or Advisor Support function Familiarity with pitch decks, advisor collateral, RFP content, and thought leadership adaptation Knowledge of regulated RIA terminology and compliance constraints Comfort synthesizing complex internal information into clear, audience-ready content WHAT can you expect from your career atCAPTRUST?
