About the Team Capital One Software is redefining how enterprises engage with our data and cloud solutions. As the Senior Manager, Product Management for our enterprise website, you'll be instrumental in shaping the multi-year roadmap, prioritizing major features based on strategic business goals, and owning the overall Return on Investment (ROI) for the website as a digital product. You will act as the voice of the external user while managing a team dedicated to continuous improvement of website performance, and the development and optimization of future digital experiences. Your core mandate is to champion a seamless digital experience that spans the entire customer lifecycle, from the buyer's journey (lead generation) through to the customer journey (advocacy). Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in quantitative field (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focus At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management focused on digital products At least 5 years of experience in the management or mentorship of product managers or product teams At least 5 years of experience driving measurable results related to digital platforms, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading enterprise SaaS or B2B website products at scale. Expert-level knowledge of the entire B2B Customer Lifecycle, including strategies for acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
