Job Description

Work Location:
This position is designated as remote. However, employees who reside within a 40-mile radius of one of our office locations in Tampa, FL; Canonsburg, PA; or Bowie, MD will follow a hybrid work schedule and are expected to work in the office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).Overview :
The Senior Principal Product Manager supports the development of product strategy and roadmap, market and product requirements, and marketing plans for a specific product or products (s). This role will work to provide insight and recommendations to meet market demand, documented solutions to business problems, and works with the Client and Product Leadership as well as BA's, Developers, QA, Design and Support to ensure requirements are fully defined and the proposed approach is both agreeable and complete. The Senior Principal Product Manager represents the perspective of the customer focusing on operational efficiency, standard operating procedure, clinical best practices, change management, and end-user experiences. The Senior Principal Product Manager also participates in UI/UX design development and review, with a focus on pharmacy process optimization, in addition to supporting construction as appropriate. The Product Advisor works internally and may also work directly with the client if direct collaboration is required and helps to enable customers to achieve their stated goals and deliver on the overall product strategy.Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathers, refines, and distills market feedback and market analysis to define requirements and document the solution approach, then iterates through adjustments to ensure alignment with company, client, and product strategy. Collaborates with the Client Management, Product, and Architecture Teams to define the functional approach to delivering on the product vision and customer needs. Accountable for the successful definition, delivery, and implementation of the solutions for which they provide advisement. Escalate any project risks, impacts or client executive misalignments as they're identified. Integrated as part of the full product lifecycle- Sales Support & Pre-Sales Engineering
