Product System by translating platform strategy into scalable, reusable capabilities that power AI and agent-driven systems across the NAVEX product portfolio. This role sits within the Product organization and operates at the intersection of AI platform engineering, AI enablement, and application product teams. You will partner closely with AI Product leadership to help define platform capabilities and lead the execution of those capabilities across initiatives. What you'll do: Partner with AI Product leadership to define and evolve the multi-horizon roadmap for the

platform, spanning primitives, runtime infrastructure, orchestration, governance, and release controls Translate platform strategy into prioritized capability requirements, platform backlogs, and delivery milestones aligned to adoption and platform scale Lead execution of platform initiatives, ensuring roadmap priorities translate into reliable, production-ready platform capabilities Partner with application teams and AI product managers to translate workflow and experience needs into reusable AI platform capabilities Identify and prioritize shared platform capabilities that accelerate AI innovation across NAVEX products while preserving platform integrity and reuse Own the platform capability backlog and coordinate delivery across engineering teams to ensure new capabilities ship as extensible platform services Define requirements for AI runtime behavior including execution reliability, scaling, tenant isolation, context assembly, and policy-aware interactions Establish orchestration primitives, intent interpretation frameworks, and safe tool invocation patterns that enable application teams to build workflow-level AI and agent-assisted experiences Define observability, evaluation, and governance standards including execution tracing, telemetry, auditability, and evaluation-gated releases Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, security, compliance, data, and product teams while ensuring platform capabilities scale safely across the NAVEX product portfolio What you'll bring: 8+ years of experience in technical product management, with at least 3 years in platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML environments Experience delivering platform products consumed by multiple product teams or services Strong understanding of LLM-based and agentic systems including runtime design, context assembly, orchestration patterns, and tool-using architectures Experience translating architectural capabilities into product outcomes and platform adoption Familiarity with AI governance and risk management principles in enterprise environments Ability to define measurable success criteria for non-deterministic AI systems Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, security, and compliance teams Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical systems into product and executive narratives Comfort operating in iterative, telemetry-driven AI product development cycles Culture Agility.
