Sustainment Product Manager Responsibilities:

Manage and execute the product roadmap for a dine and experience reservation ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business and guest experience objectives. Gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements; define acceptance criteria and oversee agile delivery from development to launch. Monitor product health, performance, and operational data to ensure reliability and quality. Analyze customer feedback and operational insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Sustainment Product Manager Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in product management, digital, or technology-focused roles. Proven track record managing products across their full lifecycle. Experience working within Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action. Effective cross-functional communication skills with expertise in live operations management.
