This two-year limited tenure position offers an opportunity to help lead Mayo Clinic's Faculty Information Management System (FIMS) and Academic Career Information Modernization (ACIM) program; a strategic enterprise initiative focused on modernizing faculty data, academic career processes, reporting, and supporting technologies. The Product Manager will serve as a key integration and delivery leader across business, operational, data, and technical teams, driving requirements management, governance, prioritization, data readiness, system integration, organizational change, and execution across multiple interdependent workstreams. The ideal candidate will have experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives involving data governance, data migration, business process modernization, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and technology-enabled change. Experience with healthcare, higher education, faculty information systems, or other complex enterprise business systems is preferred. Responsible for driving the vision, technical strategy, and technical requirements to align with business requirements, roadmap, and execution for assigned technical product/capability. Advocates for the end user experience through data and research driven product discovery and development methods. Ensures alignment between Engineering, Data Science, Product, Business and Platform priorities in context of Mayo Clinic's overall strategy and goals, while ensuring the end-user needs are met. Assists in overseeing the entire life cycle of the assigned technical product, from defining and setting the vision, managing the team to hit OKRs, deriving feature intention maps, managing capacity against scope, building/acquiring the technology- and ultimately creating a best-in-class user/customer experience, while on time and within budget.
