Job Description
A leading entertainment company is hiring a Technical Product Manager to join their innovative team in the Orlando, FL area . This is a 22 month contract role supporting retail, restaurant, and supply chain initiatives, focusing on digital product development and delivery for guest experiences. 22 month contract Hybrid in Lake Buena Vista, FL (Mon -Thur Onsite, and Friday Remote) Responsibilities Contribute to and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and guest experience goals. Gather, define, negotiate, and prioritize business and technical requirements across multiple stakeholder groups. Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation for development teams. Lead products through the Agile delivery lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through testing, launch, and post-launch optimization. Partner with engineering, business, and operations teams to solve complex and often ambiguous problems. Monitor system performance, operational metrics, and product data to ensure scalability and reliability in high-volume environments. Analyze operational and business data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements. Support large-scale data management initiatives and system integrations. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders. Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve analysis, efficiency, and decision-making. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in product management, digital products, or technology-focused roles. Proven experience managing products through the full product lifecycle. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex information and drive business decisions. Experience working with large-scale system integrations and data management initiatives. Skilled in documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and turn loosely defined requirements into clear solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Experience negotiating requirements and balancing competing priorities across stakeholder groups. Comfortable diving deep into data and operational details to identify root causes and opportunities. Preferred Experience with revenue management, capacity planning, inventory optimization, or demand forecasting. Experience supporting resort, hospitality, restaraunt, dining, travel, or guest-facing operations. Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot. Strong quantitative background and a "math brain" with an interest in science-driven, data-based decision making.
