Full Job Description Treasury Management Product Manager Location:
Indianapolis IN, Nashville TN, or Champaign IL (Remote)

As our Treasury Management Product Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the solutions behind that experience—from payments and receivables to liquidity, fraud mitigation, and emerging financial technologies. You'll own the strategy and lifecycle of our Treasury Management products, using client needs, market insights, performance data, and evolving technology to help determine what comes next. Working across Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and external fintech partners, you'll turn ideas into practical solutions that deliver value for our clients and position the Bank for continued growth. What You'll Do Shape product strategy: Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on client needs, market trends, competitive insights, technology capabilities, risk considerations, and organizational priorities.
Own the product lifecycle:
Lead Treasury Management products through development, implementation, enhancement, ongoing evaluation, and retirement while coordinating testing, readiness, communication, training, and post-launch review.
Drive product performance:
Analyze adoption, utilization, transaction volume, fee income, profitability, pricing, and service performance to identify opportunities and make data-informed recommendations.
Advance Treasury Management solutions:
Serve as the product expert for payments, receivables, liquidity, fraud mitigation, and other commercial cash management solutions while evaluating emerging technologies and changing client expectations. Partner with
Sales and Commercial Banking:
Help Treasury Management Sales and Relationship Managers solve complex client needs, position solutions effectively, and drive successful product adoption.
Lead cross-functional initiatives:
Work with Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and other partners to prioritize enhancements, implement system changes, resolve product issues, and deliver new capabilities.
Manage fintech and vendor partnerships:
Oversee assigned technology and financial services providers, including performance, service levels, issue resolution, enhancements, renewals, and ongoing relationship management.
Build product knowledge:
Partner with Corporate Learning and other teams to develop product training, documentation, sales resources, and educational materials that strengthen product knowledge across the organization.
Manage product risk:
Support product risk assessments, audits, examinations, vendor reviews, and regulatory requirements, including applicable BSA, AML, OFAC, and Nacha standards. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of Treasury Management, cash management, commercial banking product management, or related experience Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred Strong knowledge of Treasury Management and commercial payments, including ACH, wire transfers, real-time or faster payments, receivables, liquidity solutions, and fraud mitigation services Experience managing products through development, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing performance evaluation Experience analyzing product performance, pricing, profitability, adoption, transaction activity, and other data to develop recommendations and support decision-making Experience managing fintech, technology, or other third-party financial services relationships Strong understanding of the operational, regulatory, technology, and risk considerations associated with Treasury Management products Experience with commercial banking platforms, core banking systems, digital banking solutions, system integrations, or API-enabled financial services preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and decision-making skills Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to translate complex product and technical information into practical business terms Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and influence outcomes without direct supervisory authority Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment and review detailed product, financial, transaction, contract, and system information throughout the workday Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing computer-based work and participating in virtual meetings Ability to maintain concentration, accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment while managing complex and time-sensitive information
