Insight Global is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support a large enterprise internal platform used by tens of thousands of employees. This individual will take full ownership of a modernized access and onboarding product, partnering closely with engineering to drive delivery, scalability, and long-term evolution. The ideal candidate is deeply technical, comfortable operating in the weeds, and equally skilled at communicating strategy and outcomes to executive stakeholders. This role is highly autonomous and impactful, ideal for a PM who thrives in complex environments, embraces AI-driven workflows, and wants to shape the future of an enterprise-critical platform.
Day-to-Day
- Fully own the enterprise onboarding product, including roadmap, backlog, and delivery outcomes
- Partner closely with engineering to scope, define, and prioritize stories and epics
- Translate stakeholder and customer feedback into actionable product requirements
- Identify workflow gaps, anti-patterns, and opportunities for automation or improvement
- Drive adoption, usability, and value realization across a large internal user base
- Establish and evolve product best practices and engineering workflows
- Track progress against OKRs and KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Prepare and deliver executive-level updates on product progress and impact
- Support agentic/AI integrations and future-facing platform enhancements
- Maintain team health while setting clear expectations and delivery standards

Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager owning an internal or platform product end-to-end
- Strong technical depth with full-stack environments (Python, Django, APIs)
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for backlog, sprint, and roadmap management
- Ability to independently define and manage epics, stories, and milestones
- Experience working against OKRs/KPIs and driving measurable outcomes
- Comfortable providing direct, constructive feedback to engineers
- Ability to partner closely with engineering while holding teams accountable
- Experience drafting executive-facing documentation and product narratives
- High autonomy, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale internal tools (50k+ users)
- Familiarity with agentic/AI tools and workflows (e.g., Claude, automation frameworks)
- Background in security, access management, or onboarding platforms
- Exposure to no-code / low-code platforms and API-driven automation
- Experience modernizing or sunsetting legacy systems
- Prior experience in Fortune 100 / highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of SOX, audit, FinOps, or identity/access-related workflows
