This may include of determining strategy for the product managers, and collaborating with other directors from the engineering, marketing, sales, and operations departments in order to ensure that the product management aligns across the business.

Job Description
Implement product introduction strategies in collaboration with the Marketing department. Develop customer pricing and, when necessary, OEM distribution pricing strategies in collaboration with sales leadership. Attend industry trade shows and on-site customer visits to gather information on technology trends that inform product strategy. Demonstrate thought leadership through industry conference speaking engagements, webinar interviews, and the creation of technical papers and other content. Qualifications Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and work effectively within a matrix organization. Proven track record of leading teams.
Understanding of sales processes, strategy development, business case development, and market implementation. Ability to present strategic initiatives to senior and executive leadership.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and product profitability analysis. Ability to achieve objectives within budget constraints.
Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Ability to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Ability to engage with customers while demonstrating a high level of technical competence. Preferred Qualifications Experience with battery energy storage products. General Job Requirements This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands. Must be able and willing to work overtime. Must be able and willing to be on-call.
