Position Overview for the Product Manager - IoT Hardware Candidates should be comfortable moving between an engineering design review, a prototype test, and a customer store visit. They do not need to be an engineer, but they should understand hardware development well enough to ask strong questions, evaluate tradeoffs, and keep teams focused on the customer problem.

Required Skills for the Product Manager -

IoT Hardware:

3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role working with hardware, IoT devices, and/or connected products

Experience with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RFID, UWB, cellular, or similar technologies

Familiarity with sensor technologies and connected-device architectures

Strong experience working in a Retail environment with Retail technologies

Familiarity with mechanical product development, including injection molding, materials, tooling, and enclosure design
