Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for a 6-month contract role based in Frisco, Texas. This position combines deep technical execution with product leadership, requiring someone who can embed with internal teams and external customers to design and deploy solutions that drive real business outcomes. Responsibilities Embed with internal teams and external customers to understand workflows, pain points, and goals, then design and deploy solutions that fit their needs. Build production-quality code, integrations, and automations across AI/GenAI, data, and software platforms to solve concrete business problems. Prototype rapid proofs-of-concept, iterate based on direct user feedback, and move them into reliable, scalable production. Integrate data pipelines, APIs, and third-party systems, managing the complexity of enterprise environments. Partner with end users and stakeholders to run demos, gather requirements, troubleshoot live issues, and translate technical concepts into business value. Feed recurring pain points and friction back to product and engineering teams to influence the core roadmap. Monitor and improve solutions for reliability, performance, and adoption after launch, owning outcomes and not just deliverables. Establish playbooks, standards, and tooling for the function, and mentor junior engineers as the team grows. Qualifications Required 8+ years building and shipping software in production, including significant time owning complex, ambiguous projects end-to-end with minimal supervision. Deep, hands-on programming expertise in one or more of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go. Strong system design judgment and fluency working across the full stack and with APIs.
Proven experience with data tools:
SQL, data pipelines, and data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks. Proven experience with AI/GenAI tooling, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows. Track record of customer-facing or forward-deployed work, with evidence of shipping solutions directly with end users and navigating enterprise complexity. Experience leading projects and setting technical direction, whether formally or informally. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate between deep technical detail and executive-level business value. 3-5 years of strong experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management. Experience at FAANG companies (Meta, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Alphabet) or top-tier product companies (Microsoft, Nvidia, Salesforce, Oracle, IBM, Intel, Cisco, Adobe, Palantir, Snowflake, Databricks, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Uber, Airbnb). Preferred Experience deploying AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in an enterprise setting. Cloud platform experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization. Experience as a founding or early member of a new team or function. Telecommunications or large-scale enterprise data domain knowledge.
