  • 110,000 + 10% Annual Bonus Shape the Future of Agricultural Equipment Are you an experienced Technical Product Manager or Agricultural Equipment Specialist with a passion for product development, competitive analysis, and equipment performance?

This is a unique opportunity to drive product strategy, technical excellence, and market growth for a leading agricultural equipment organization. Key Responsibilities Lead product planning, market research, competitive analysis, and product benchmarking across agricultural equipment categories

Identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to support product roadmap development

Define product specifications and requirements based on customer applications and industry demands

Evaluate equipment performance, reliability, quality, and cost competitiveness

Support supplier evaluations, sourcing initiatives, field testing, and product validation activities

Develop technical documentation, product specifications, application guides, and training materials

Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex product issues

Partner with Engineering, Quality, Sales, Service, and supplier teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction

Conduct field demonstrations, equipment assessments, and product performance evaluations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical field

6+ years of experience in the agricultural equipment or tractor implement industry

Hands-on knowledge of tractor implements, attachments, and related equipment

Strong understanding of product development, technical evaluation, and category management

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset and technical curiosity Benefits
