Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. Experience in server manufacturing and testing will be considered a strong plus. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and improvement of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This position requires a strong background in engineering principles, along with hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and product development.

Duties Design and Development:
Lead or contribute to the design and development of new products.
Prototyping:
Create prototypes for testing and evaluation.
Testing and Validation:
Conduct testing and validation of product designs.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain detailed product documentation.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve engineering problems that may arise during product development.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product designs and processes.
Cost Analysis:
Collaborate on cost analysis for materials and manufacturing processes.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that product designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Skills Engineering Skills:
Proficiency in engineering principles related to the specific field (mechanical, electrical, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
CAD Proficiency:
Ability to use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating detailed designs.
Prototyping and Testing:
Experience in prototyping techniques and testing methodologies.
Project Management:
Basic project management skills to handle timelines and deliverables.
Collaboration:
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information.
Innovative Thinking:
Creative and innovative thinking to contribute to product development.
Quality Management:
Understanding of quality management principles.
Regulatory Compliance:
Awareness of regulatory requirements related to product development.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$82,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
