Act as a trusted partner to business units (Operations, Product, Finance, Revenue, Risk, and others) to identify opportunities for analytics, automation, integrations and process improvement Assess and recommend the most appropriate solution approach for each use case, including: Standard or regulatory reporting, Interactive dashboards or self-service analytics, engineered data products or pipelines, workflow automation, integrations, AI-enabled analytics, decision support, or agent-based solutions Partner with Data, Engineering, Analytics, ad QA teams to support execution through design, development, testing, and user acceptance Maintain alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure scope, intent, and expected outcomes remain consistent throughout the delivery lifecycle Ensure all use cases and solutions adhere to data governance, security, risk and compliance requirements Identify trends across intake requests to surface opportunities for: process standardization, reporting or data consolidation, platforms or tooling overlap, improved reuse of analytics or engineered data assets

Qualifications:

5-8 years experience in analytics, engineering, business analysis, or solution design roles

Preferred:

Experience in financial services or other regulated environments. Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, BI tools, AP concepts, system integrations and advanced analytics Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, dashboards, data products, and automation concepts with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical or analytical requirements This position does not offer Visa sponsorship
