Job Description As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you will be assigned to client locations in the Plano/Richardson/Garland/Addison area to perform professional cleaning services. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your availability, we assign jobs that match. Assignments are typically 2 to 3 hours per visit at small to mid-size commercial office locations. This is not residential cleaning. All assignments are professional office environments. Responsibilities ∙ Clean and sanitize office spaces including workstations, common areas, lobbies, and conference rooms ∙ Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors ∙ Clean break rooms and kitchen areas including countertops, appliances, and sinks ∙ Empty and reline all trash receptacles ∙ Vacuum carpeted areas and mop hard floor surfaces ∙ Dust surfaces, vents, blinds, and fixtures ∙ Clean interior glass doors and windows as needed ∙ Restock restroom and kitchen supplies when provided by client ∙ Follow all client-specific instructions provided by Clean Root Co ∙ Report any property damage, safety issues, or client concerns to Clean Root Co immediately upon discovery ∙ Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while on site. Requirements ∙ Must be located in or near Plano, Richardson, Garland, Sachse, Rowlett, Wylie, Mesquite, or Addison ∙ Must own and provide your own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment ∙ Must be available for consistent recurring assignments (weekly or multiple times per week) ∙ Must pass a background check prior to first assignment. ∙ Must have reliable transportation to client locations ∙ Must be punctual and communicate proactively if any scheduling issue arises ∙ Must be willing to wear the Clean Root Co uniform polo on all assignments ∙ Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; we will provide job-specific instructions ∙ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor Compensation ∙ Base pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience ∙ Supply fee: $12.00 flat per job to compensate for your own supplies ∙ Weekly attendance bonus: +$15.00 for zero late or no-call incidents ∙ Monthly attendance bonus: +$50.00 for perfect attendance all four weeks ∙ Zero client complaints bonus: +$25.00 per month ∙ Exemplary client remark bonus: +$25.00 per verified positive client feedback ∙ 90-day loyalty bonus: +$100.00 upon successful completion of 90 days in good standing This position is a 1099 independent contractor role.
