Product & Pricing AnalystHelp Shape the Future of Our Business Are you passionate about data, strategy, and solving business challenges? We're looking for a Product & Pricing Analyst who enjoys turning market insights into smart pricing strategies and collaborating across teams to drive business growth. In this role, you'll influence product decisions, optimize pricing, and partner with sales, operations, and leadership to maximize profitability while delivering value to our customers. What You'll DoDrive Pricing Strategy Serve as the subject matter expert for pricing, products, and customer agreements. Analyze material and input costs to develop quarterly surcharge recommendations and pricing adjustments. Develop customer pricing strategies that align with business objectives and SAP capabilities. Manage customer-specific pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates. Ensure all pricing aligns with contractual obligations and company policies. Analyze Products & Market Opportunities Evaluate product performance and recommend pricing strategies, quantity breaks, and profitability improvements. Conduct scenario modeling and financial analysis to support business decisions. Identify new product opportunities that strengthen our market position and increase margins. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership on product and pricing initiatives. Lead Projects & Improve Processes Maintain contracts and pricing documentation within CRM and OneDrive for cross-functional visibility. Coordinate cross-functional projects and new business initiatives from concept through implementation. Utilize project management tools to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. Four or more years of professional experience in Product Management, Marketing, Manufacturing Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial analysis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data-driven recommendations to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across multiple departments. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Willingness to travel occasionally to customer, vendor, and manufacturing locations. $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
