  • Small Business to join our dynamic Enterprise Retail Banking Product team.
In this highly visible role, you will own the strategy and performance of our small business deposit products. Working closely with enterprise teams, Bancorporation leadership, and divisional partners, you will evaluate, refine, and create solutions that position Zions as a market leader. This position is instrumental in optimizing our product suite to enhance customer experience, drive customer acquisition, and grow bank profitability. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Deposit Product Management. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the full product lifecycle and profitability for the small business deposit suite (including checking, savings, and time deposit accounts). You will partner closely with our digital banking, core banking, and payments teams to develop and optimize solutions that serve the evolving needs of our small business customers. Act as the business owner for product strategy, conducting in-depth research and profitability analysis to deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Lead cross-functional teams—including IT, Operations, Marketing, Product Implementation, and Compliance—to successfully bring new products, features, and enhancements to market. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, partnering with stakeholders to create compelling marketing campaigns, customer communications, and internal training materials. Proactively manage operational and regulatory risk, ensuring all products meet compliance standards and deliver a seamless customer experience. Continuously evaluate product performance and market trends, making data-informed recommendations for modifications to pricing, features, and design to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant work experience. An MBA is a plus. 6+ years of experience in consumer or commercial banking, with a strong preference for direct experience in product management, product analysis, or development. A strategic mindset with exceptional financial and data analysis skills. You are comfortable turning complex data into actionable business strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence. You can build consensus, manage complex projects across multiple departments, and present recommendations to senior leadership with confidence. Deep knowledge of banking procedures, technology systems, and regulations that underpin effective product design and management. Outstanding judgment and communication skills, both verbal and written.
