Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 7-12+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in Product Management roles for complex technology platforms.
- Mandatory experience working in: ○ Banks, banking technology providers, or fintech companies (B2B or B2C financial services platforms). ○ Experience in US regulated financial environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering platform or domain-heavy products (core banking, payments, lending, ledger, financial infrastructure, or regulated platforms).
- Experience working in agile Scrum teams with close PM-Engineering Manager collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, define strategy, and deliver incremental value in complex environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
