This position is based in our Sandy, Utah location and it will support the Camburg product line and play a key role in driving product strategy, innovation, and growth. As part of the Product Management team, you will help shape the future product portfolio by translating customer insights and market trends into innovative solutions that deliver value to our customers and strengthen the Camburg brand. Salary Range:
$122,000-$148,400USD annually Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
What you will be doing:
As a Product Manager - Suspension you will be responsible for the development, management, and performance of the Camburg suspension product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define and execute product strategies that meet the needs of our customers and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
Develop and execute a product strategy for your product line, aligning with company goals and market trends.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor products, and emerging trends in the automotive aftermarket industry.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Complexity and Problem Solving.
Product Development:
Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and improve products within the category, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and cost targets.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure product quality and reliability by setting and monitoring product specifications and conducting testing as needed.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze product performance, pricing, and profitability to make data-driven decisions and optimize the product portfolio.
Collaboration and Interaction:
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer support.
Customer Engagement:
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role.
