American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier furniture design and wholesale leader in Algona, WA to hire a part-time Product Development Coordinator . In this dynamic, high-detail role, you will assist with new furniture collection launches, track product samples, manage costing grids and vendor files, and coordinate showroom logistics. Assist with new furniture collection development and launches, maintaining accurate cost grids, product presentations, sample tracking, and launch timelines. Coordinate product development materials, finish swatches, and showroom logistics for upcoming product lines. Maintain meticulous project records, costing files, vendor dates, and product development schedules. Work closely with the Product Development Manager and internal operations teams to ensure production samples and prototypes remain strictly on schedule. Support customer pricing updates and organize promotional materials using office software tools. Details forProduct Development Coordinator:
Pay Rate:
$22.00 - $26.00 / hour (Scaling cleanly based on Depth of Experience / DOE).Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours per week).Shift Hours:
4 hours per day (Exact daily shift window TBD).Location:

Education/Experience:
BA/BS degree from an accredited 4-year university OR equivalent professional experience in merchandising, sourcing, or product administration.Software Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office—specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher—with fast, accurate keyboarding skills.Detail-Oriented:
Proven ability to manage multi-step project timelines, track vendor samples, and handle sensitive costing information with 100% accuracy.Communication:
Exceptional verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and professional reliability.Benefits Include:
