- Translate local customer insights into global action. Mine deep local data to surface what international grocery customers actually need and turn those insights into inputs that shape WW CX priorities, not just local fixes.
- Ensure every proven grocery CX feature reaches international customers at the right quality and speed, and that international needs shape the global roadmap, not just follow it.
- International grocery customers get the same (or better) experience as any other market, and the organization can't ship a major CX feature without international built in from day one. Key job responsibilities
- Be the voice of international grocery customers; translate deep local customer insights into actionable inputs, shape global CX with local nuances driving execution and measurable impact.
- Own operationalizing core and proven grocery CX features from around the world internationally at the right quality and speed working with country and technical leaders.
- Challenge/champion/escalate for global parity and international by design by tracking central roadmaps, ensuring international customers aren't left behind or treated as second class citizens.

- MBA, or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
- 10+ years of product management or related experience in technical products/services
- 5+ years of leading teams of product managers or technical leaders (directly/distributed)
- Proven track record of delivering successful global infrastructure and AI services
- Strong technical depth with ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams
- Proven ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
