FTE Responsibilities:
Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) work-streams. Demonstrate deep technical expertise in PLM and MES systems architecture (workflows, APIs, runtime, design limitations, maintenance) and leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and strategy. Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and platforms. Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or the business. Apply product management best practices to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams. Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders. Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.Required:
Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Experience in developing Manufacturing Execution Systems Experience in developing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process Experience with Dassault 3D Experience PLM Platform. Experience with the Apriso and Delmia platforms. Core skills/Technologies:
