Knowledge and Skills:

Deep, hands-on experience with Epic PB (Professional Billing) within a health system, payer, or Epic itself. Demonstrated experience working with revenue cycle stakeholders to support billing, collections, and cash optimization initiatives. Proven experience applying modern product management, discovery, and delivery techniques; experience leading cross-functional teams. Advanced skills in process/user flow definition, gap analysis, and translating complex requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience with Agile ceremonies and backlog management; ability to build consensus across complex, cross-functional, matrixed environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Job Responsibilities:

Translate user and business needs into high-level requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Epic-based capabilities, guiding initiatives from intake through implementation. Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and vision for assigned Epic Professional Billing (PB) capabilities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and OKRs. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; monitor product performance post-implementation to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Quality Engineering (QE) by defining product requirements and acceptance criteria to support test plan development. Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders including executives and partners; manage expectations and prioritize competing demands. Interested?
