Marketing Manager (AI, Social Media & SEO Focus)

Job Overview Sunset Equity Group is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies across our core business lines: project management in rental and commercial properties, acquisition of auction properties, and the expansion of our lending division. This role requires a forward-thinking professional with strong experience in AI-driven marketing, social media growth, and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and position Sunset Equity Group as a leader in real estate investment and lending solutions. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals Leverage AI tools to optimize campaigns, automate workflows, and analyze performance data Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Create and oversee content strategies highlighting auction acquisitions, project progress, and lending opportunities Execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation Build brand awareness for Sunset Equity Group's project management and lending services Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials for properties and projects Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and real estate market insights Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or finance Proven experience using AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, data analytics tools) Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and growing engagement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
