The core responsibility is managing keywords (search intent) → ad operations → landing page (content) as a single connected flow, steadily improving lead quality and conversion performance. Keyword Selection/Management:
Identify and manage keywords that U.S. law firm clients are likely to search for (including intent-based organization) 2. Paid Search Operations (primarily Google Ads): Campaign setup/operation, performance monitoring, and optimization Keyword/negative keyword management, budget/bid adjustments, ad copy review (including A/B testing) 3. Landing Page (Website) Content Review/Management Review and request revisions to landing page content linked to ads (copy, structure, CTAs, etc.) Support improvement of landing page quality and conversion flow from an ad performance perspective 4.
LinkedIn & Social Media Management:
Create, edit, and publish professional content on LinkedIn to promote the firm's services, legal expertise, news, and other relevant updates. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content aligns with the firm's brand and marketing strategy. Support operation of social media channels such as YouTube/Instagram and assist with simple content management Qualifications Experience operating Paid Search (especially Google Ads) or equivalent practical capability Basic understanding of keyword research and conversion-focused operations (CTR/CPA/Conversion, etc.) Ability to review landing pages/web content from a "conversion" perspective and identify areas for improvement Meticulous execution skills (checklist-based operations, reporting, issue management) Preferred Qualifications Experience in law firm/legal services marketing preferred (or experience in professional services industries) Experience using analytics tools such as GA/GA4, GTM, Looker Studio Experience with landing page optimization and simple A/B testing Experience operating social media channels such as YouTube/Instagram/TikTok Salary information : $38,500~$60,000 (Adjustments based on skills, experience, and performance.) ※ Please indicate your desired salary in the application email.
