Responsibilities Strategic Campaign Leadership:

Architect and execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search/Display, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, and programmatic platforms targeted at decision-makers.

Lead Quality & Pipeline Growth:

Focus relentlessly on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and closed-won revenue rather than vanity metrics. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with creative and content teams to build tailored landing page experiences, high-converting lead magnets, and targeted ad copy that resonate with prospects.

Budget & Attribution Management:

Manage significant monthly ad spend across multiple practices, optimizing ROI using multi-touch attribution models and CRM integrations (HubSpot).

Data & Analytics:

Design executive-level dashboards that track pipeline velocity, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Testing & Innovation:

Run continuous A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and lead forms to drive incremental efficiency gains.

Requirements Experience:

10+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a proven track record specifically within professional services, B2B, or high-ticket lead generation .

Channel Mastery:

Deep expertise in Meta Ads (a must) and Google Search Ads. Proficiency in Tiktok & Linkedin Ads, Bing Ads, and ABM platforms is highly preferred.

Full-Funnel Ownership:

Solid understanding of long sales cycles, multi-touch attribution, and CRM lead flows (HubSpot).

Analytical Mindset:

Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), tag management, and platform analytics, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable revenue strategies.

Copy & Creative Strategy:
